We build mold factory in 2006,then engaged in OEM plug-in card speakers in 2011. During the rapid development of Bluetooth speakers from 2011 to 2013, we began to produce Bluetooth speakers. From 2013 to 2016, we cooperated with some brand customers, such as Zebao, Aoji, Shanshui and Lenovo. In 2018, we cooperated with international brands and established Fusion, which mainly serves international brands, Philips,Freh N Rebel,Moster and Skullcandy and so on.
Under the leadership of CEO and General Manager, our company is divided into sales department, research and development department, supply chain management department, production department, quality control department, financial department and administrative department. The department is vertical and efficient.

The cycle of our research and development of a new project is about 3.5 months. It takes about 9 days from ID to DFM, about 1 week to make the hand plate, about 30 days to open the mold, followed by the trial mold of T0 and T1, and then the trial production, and then mass production. The development process of these big brand clients

Briefly introduce our production equipment, since 2018 we have realized semi-automatic production, automatic dispensing machine, automatic screw machine, thermal shrinkage and so on.Then lets talk about our quality system. Our materials are first inspected by incoming materials, quality inspection in the production process and inspection of finished products, which means that all finished products have passed at least three rounds of 100% inspection before leaving the factory.
